Geotechnical exploratory drilling – Nautical tourist complex Sv. Catherine, Monuments
There are military facilities in the area that will be reconstructed in a nautical tourist complex. Geotechnical exploration and investigation were carried out for geotechnical elaboration purposes. Seven rolling wells of 8.0 m and 10.0 m, total length 62.0 m, and twenty-two pond depths of 0.6 m to 2.7 m were made. Geophysical tests were also carried out. A total of 3 seismic profiles of shallow refraction were recorded on pre-arranged positions. Geotechnical and engineering geologic works included geotechnical prospecting and engineering geological mapping of the site, examination and determination of drilling cores and probing pits, geotechnical cross section of geothermal profiles, geotechnical profiles of wells and geotechnical profiles of probing pits.
