Sign up for Knowledge Transfer – a project of the University of Rijeka Foundation
As part of the Riječka ideja, the University of Rijeka Foundation in cooperation with the companies Alarm Automatika d.o.o. and Geotech d.o.o. has announced a competition for the granting of the Knowledge Transfer Award.
Since we are always happy to respond to calls for cooperation from the University of Rijeka Foundation, we decided to participate in this project as a partner company. We believe that connecting the University with the community and the economy is extremely important for the promotion of education as the foundation of successful economic development of Croatia.
What is Knowledge transfer?
Knowledge transfer is one of the strategic goals of the University of Rijeka and the University of Rijeka Foundation, and it includes all toll activities that, by using the competencies, expertise and equipment of the University, create value for businesses and other entities, employees and the social environment.
About the award
The aim of this Award is to recognize and reward examples of good practice – successful knowledge transfers from the University of Rijeka to the business and the wider community.
The competition grants one award for the following categories: business cooperation (Consultancy), innovation projects (Contract Research) and development of technological solutions (Technology Transfer).
The award includes a charter and a prize of HRK 10,000.00 gross. The deadline for applying to the competition is September 30, 2020.
